Lisa's Bright & Contemporary Wedding Flowers, Royal Maritime Club

Lisa chose a stunning shade of royal blue for the colour scheme for her wedding. The delphiniums were perfect . All blue schemes can look a little cold though if you are not careful and Lisa's bubbly personality called for something a little different. So here we have it, Lisa's wedding flowers a glorious, bright and cheerful mix of royal blue, bright green and bright pink.

Royal blue, bright pink and green wedding bouquet using delphiniums, roses, orchids, hydrangea and a touch of purple lavender. Lisa loved it, I loved - a success then. The hydrangeas incidentally are a wonderful choice for brides at this time of year - at their best now and available in a glorious range of colours.

Delphinium, rose, orchid and hydrangea bouquet in blues, pinks and greens.

Buttonhole of vendela rose with a band of royal blue ribbon for the men.

Bright pink and green modern bouquet for the bridesmaids using roses, orchids, hydrangea and looped grass.

Modern church pedestal flowers using blue delphiniums, green hydrangeas and cerise orchids with palm leaves.

St Anne's church, Portsmouth naval base, modern pedestal flowers in royal blue, cerise and bright green.

Contemporary tall table centres of green hydrangea and cerise orchid. The trail of orchids down the stem of the vase makes a gorgeous finishing touch, a lovely idea for adding extra impact and a splash of extra colour. The venue is the Royal Maritime Club in Portsmouth.

A trail of orchid flowers decorating the stem of the vase and the mirror plate.

Green hydrangea and cerise orchid make a gorgeous low table centre too. Lisa mixed the tall and the low designs to give colour and flower at both levels. I have added loose orchid flowers to the mirror plate to echo the detail on the tall table centres.

The top table was decorated with mixed vase designs with Lisa's wedding bouquet taking pride of place in the centre.

That just leaves me to say thank you so much Lisa for choosing me to design and create your wedding flowers for you, it was an absolute pleasure working with you on your gorgeous bright and sunny scheme. Very many congratulations on your marriage.
